WHY CONNECT WITH ME?

EXPERIENCE

  • I have worked in community mental health for over a decade with adult clients (18+) experiencing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment concerns, perinatal concerns, life transitions, etc.

APPROACH

  • My approach is integrative: I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor interventions to my clients' needs.


  • My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frame-work.

  • I strive to create a safe, collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where clients share their vulnerabilities, connect past and present patterns and work on change.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • I obtained my MSW and BSc from the University of Toronto.

  • I participate in yearly training to keep up to date and learn new approaches/ways to help my clients.

  • I participate in trauma-informed supervision regularly.

CONVENIENCE

  • I offer virtual session: you can connect for sessions from the place of your choosing, and won't need to commute. 

  • I have availability week-nights and weekends.

  • During the pandemic, all sessions are offered virtually using a PHIPA Compliant (secure) platform. See FAQ for more info.
